I visited several Regus Business Centers internationally and I must say this center is one of the best Regus Centers. Very positive and professional atmosphere. Excellent location. Very spacious place. Very cooperative staff. ( Pricing also value for money anytime)

I signed up with them on February and the first signs of their sneaky business practices were visible. First, without bringing it to my attention, they changed the terms of agreement to 4 months. Second, the way they charge rent is beyond my comprehension. They charge for the next month rental, one month in advance.They know how to extract more money form clients and they make it sound so logical. Third, you get the deposit 45 days after the agreement is over. So they get to keep your money for free for 45 days. Fourth, they charge entry and exit fee. Which means over and above the rent you are paying, you have to pay an additional fees for using the cabin. Fifth, all of their charges are exorbitant - everything else except phone and internet are way more expensive than they should be. Sixth, their entire support system and administration is controlled by the head office. So whenever there is a support issue - the standard answer I get from their support staff is "Sir, I cannot do anything about it...you need to submit a support ticket." This customer service and business practices are unacceptable for any company at ANY level.

Fraud company. I had done inquiry for studying Europe and hr called me regarding it. She didn't have any knowledge of where they are sending students. According to her canada, us and Australia comes in European countries and we can travel there without visa if we get visa of other European country. Also she says we can get PR in 3 months in portugal after reaching their like really you are giving PR or your company. And please dont say that nobody told this because i have proof of this whole call recording. I wish that i can give negative marking. Never fall for these things its a fraud.
