Regus is, by far, the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! Go ahead and check the reviews on Trustpilot to know what I mean. From beginning to end, my experience was a total nightmare, filled with endless frustrations and letdowns. Let's begin with their billing practices, I tell you, were downright predatory. Despite their claims of offering flexible leasing options, they would sneak in hidden fees and jack up prices without any warning or explanation. It was impossible to keep track of all those changing charges, and trying to dispute them only brought more frustration. It's like they took pleasure in taking advantage of their customers' trust and financial well-being. They're all about false promises, terrible customer service, if any, and exploitative business practices. If you're considering using their services, I strongly suggest you think twice and explore other options. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that actually cares about their customers.
