The office is nice, facilities for coffee are lacking as the catering company that served the building is gone. However we had the worst onboarding from regus: Double Billing, Products and services missing in portal, false late payment fees, constant back and forth with regus support. While most issues except for the fact our list of invoices are so dynamic for costs and services it’s near impossible to understand due to all the mistakes it’s been 5 months and we are still not entirely out of the woods. Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date and the billing portal is legacy and lacking an overview of information needed by a finance department to be able to manage contracts effectively. If you want an office in a company that really does not care about your company and an American culture that is process driven to the point its so inefficient REGUS is for you. If you are looking for a modern coworking experience where the customer satisfaction is a priority choose any other company.

An office, the girls at the reception super nice girls. One of the reasons why we stay is the service. Nora who we know from the beginning very friendly sweet and helpful. Always looking for a solution! Top woman

What a horrible, incredibly unprofessional company this is. Please never rent an office here because the service is incredibly bad. Invoicing has been bad for three quarters of a year. They collect double or send reminders even though the rent has been paid. Promise reduction because they make mistakes but only send higher bills. The turnover of staff is bizarre. Every month there is someone new as a point of contact. No one knows anything about anything, so we have nowhere to go with our questions. We were very satisfied with our office itself and the location. But in combination with problems with billing, varying unprofessional staff, bad internet, high rent, we decided to cancel. And oh yes, the coffee is finally also not to be chewed!!!! Wonder how long Regus will chase us with empty threatening letters about money they are not entitled to!!!
