Rented an office here. No problems initially, however, took money off bond for 're-painting walls' which was later also confirmed as 'repairing holes in walls.' Never confirmed prior to deduction that there was any 'damage' or 'repainting' needed and never showed quite for job. Only an invoice which does not even relate to the office number i rented. The 'photos' of damage etc which confirmed they had have never been produced. Looking lime small claims court to but would never use them again.
