Beware! The little rock location is disgusting and never gets cleaned. My wife had trouble getting out of her contract because she was so disgusted. There's cleaning fees that you get charged after you've left your contract, if you don't cancel a month ahead of time, you get charged for a full future month. So my wife ended up paying 1700 and was only there for a week. It's ridiculous. We followed up with customer service and that was ridiculous. The only way is supervisor will reach out is through an email. No one seems to care. The front office at the Little Rock location didn't seem to care. I would recommend finding a smaller office suite that's local to you.

I really love the view, even on a cloudy day, from this location. The office is spacious and the furnitures are very nice. The only thing needed is artworks on the walls.

This company is a little underhanded in their business practices. The reason I say so is because you sign up, you pay your prorated fee plus the activation fee and IMMEDIATELY you pay for the next months services. So you're actually paying the prorated fee, the activation fee and the next months service fee all at sign up. Now this is fine but on the original proposal they don't send you paperwork including next month's fee. They only send you the proposal that includes the activation fee + the prorated fee. Once you finally receive your invoice it reads as follows (example) March Invoice $137.00 March Invoice $78.00. If I'm paying monthly in advance shouldn't the invoice read March Invoice $137.00 April Invoice $78.00. Regus LR doesn't seem very organized. I would definitely say Buyer Beware because the lack in customer service and additional fees don't come until you've signed the contract. I won't recommend or use this service again. Also, be sure to ask what term your contract is for before you sign up because if you don't Jordon will automatically sign you up for a 24 Month term just to try to save you $4 extra lol. *****Just to put things into perspective, I'm writing this review AFTER I've contacted the customer service help desk so any responses to this review are just a means formality and performative accountability*****
