Avila Work City is a new concept of shared work space: it is the first to be integrated in a shopping centre, Atrium Saldanha, and aims to offer an integrated set of services in a single space: there are technology and clothing shops, stationery shops, bookstores, laundry and restaurant space. In an open space overlooking the Duque de Saldanha Square and Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, with 640 square metres, the winning concept of Avila Spaces has been recreated, with a lounge area, individual and collaborative work zones, meeting rooms, boots for telephone and video-conferences, pantry and a novelty: a presentation zone, with an amphitheatre, prepared for business events or product launches.
