Regus Pinnacle is an excellent service office with a good range of prices. Pros: - Top-notch service, friendly, quick response - Always clean - Cutlery - plates, bowls, cups, forks-spoons - Fridge - Safe - Coffee and drinks are always stocked - Convenient location - Good parking in The Pinnacle building (RM 1 for first 2 hours, RM1 one additional) and Resort Hotel (RM1 for 1st 3 hours), reasonable price but still expensive. Holidays and eve of Holidays are very expensive though. Cons: - No cooking allowed (even microwave) - Interior design is very corporate and white - can get quite cold due to central air-conditioning (adjust vent in office unit or get a window unit)

It's strategically located in the heart of the Sunway surrounded by the Sunway hotels, offices & Sunway Pyramid. All within walking distance. Professional & responsive staff at the office. Love the small open pantry area with enough java & tea flow for the tenants. More option of the beverages or even light snacks would be ideal. To date the occupancy is still low, thus the wifi speed is fast & stable with quiet working environment. Because the partition wall is not very good in sound proofing. Not the fault of Regus, but it would be ideal if more reserved car parks make available for the tenants for cost saving & convenience sake.
