Really disappointed in my decision to take a membership here. Due to language barriers and inconsistencies between the membership options presented in person vs online, I am unhappy with the service. Next time I would sign up at Common Grounds or WeWork. And the internet speeds at my Airbnb are faster than at these Regus offices smh. The most annoying part - every day in order to access the elevators I must give my passport to get an access card and when I leave I must pick up my passport. Very inconvenient. At WeWork they provide an access card on Day 1 which allows you into all entry points.

Steer clear, we have been signed up for 7 months, they chase for money every week we still do not have the documents required to change our company address to Regus. Every time we request the documents they tell us we need to pay the balance first but then we pay the balance we get a portion of the documents required. When we then refuse to pay until we get what is required, then they say we have to pay again. It seems like a scam and there is no one to contact who is responsible for anything. The worst.

Professional and friendly staffs and great environment to work. Nice location and Regus is the largest service office provider which are both good for company images.
