We stayed at The Bankside for 8 nights over the recent Christmas holiday. It was the best choice we could have made. The staff was incredibly attentive and really bent over backward to make the holiday special not only for our family but all the guests. The rooms are super quiet, spacious, modern, and ultra clean. We upgraded to the corner suite to fit our family and we had plenty of room for all our luggage and even a Christmas tree! The Blackfriars area is the best location in London. The area is close to every important spot and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to most tourist spots. I will be back, I recommend the Bankside to anyone coming into London for business or pleasure. Remarkable property!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Bankside. The team went above and beyond to make sure our two rooms were set up for our family to be the most comfortable. The location was perfect for using the Tube or walking to a lot of attractions. The team here is what sets it apart from most hotels. Each and every department was amazing to us and the food and drink were great. I have to single out James Burns for going above and beyond for our family and helping set the bar high for the level of service you can expect!

We really enjoyed our 6 nights at the Bankside hotel. The service was top notch, big shout out to Sebastian, who was so wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping was truly excellent as well. Climate control in the room was responsive and worked well. I LOVE the water dispensers and carafes available in the hallway, I didn't have to purchase and lug any sparkling water for the room on this trip! Nespresso and real milk were also much appreciated. Very comfortable bed (and I am super sensitive about that) and high quality bed linens. Multiple towel bars and a hook in the bathroom were much appreciated, these are far too rare in many newer hotels. Ample hangers in the closet too. The only slight downside is that the location isn't quite as well connected to transport as some others...but if you don't mind walking a bit, you can easily get to Waterloo and Blackfriars. Beautiful and very nice hotel!

As a Marriott titanium guest I was treated well and given an upgraded room with a nice view as well when it was available. The food was great. The chefs here are amazing. The hotel is trendy and clean and the staff are all very friendly and great at pointing out things to see and do. It’s a nice walk to the tower bridge. And even central London. Easy access by metro but I usually too a uber everywhere to see the sights. I will tell all my friends about this hotel and hope to visit them again next time

I stayed at the Bankside Autograph Collection in London during the Christmas break and had a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were beautifully designed, with the thoughtful addition of water dispensers on each floor, making the stay even more convenient. The hotel’s stunning architecture and its peaceful, prime location added to the charm. However, the breakfast buffet service could use significant improvement—staff appeared unengaged, with slow service and little attention to guests, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. With better breakfast service, this hotel would be perfect.
