Never any parking spaces, no security despite promises from management there would be guards/alarm systems installed. Very high prices and management are cowards who refuse to give their names or contact details and hide behind the poor receptionist who cops all the flak.....
The reply below is just the standard boiler template response. No ability to communicate with anyone who can make any difference as noone in any position of authority will tell you their name let alone their contact details, no flexibility with contracts, no care for their clients once they have signed you up. All told a really poorly run organisation.

Between lack of heating, no parking spaces, being broken into multiple times and Basepoint senior management not particularly caring, broken lift, filthy toilets, being charged a small fortune for office rent. Asked to leave multiple times and being refused, left to work in an unfit environment.

One star rating because there isn’t an option for zero stars. This place has the atmosphere of a morgue and smells like one too. But not quite as lifeless as the customer service and management team of basepoint.

Awful experience. The state of the building is completely unacceptable. Excessive charges, fees for apparent unlimited Tea & Coffee which management must be consuming as very little seems to be done around the building. There is much discontent around the building and with senior management in place with only pound signs in mind, I can't see anything changing. What a disappointment.

Avoid like the plague
BEWARE! We signed a 12mth agreement and were then hit with a £4000pa rental increase at renewal. The damage this poorly run company is inflicting on small companies needs to be exposed at a national level. Most businesses are now being forced to leave, leaving tens of empty offices. Windows never cleaned, staff that bark at you, corridors smell of sewage as you need to use both hands to flush the loo's (what's that all about?) and the coffee machine has gone from 50p to £1.50 per cup. AVOID like the plague!
