What a lovely Looking office building area, the idea of a big pond in front of the offices is a fantastic one. Was passing by and was a shock to me. was very nice to see this. When i was there i noticed two ducks crossing the road and jumping down into the water, it was a lovely sight to see. who ever came up with the idea of a pond here, well done! Fantastic idea. The water looks very well kept and clean and the ducks seemed to like it also. I'm sure the office staff and team enjoy this area very much and what a great way to spend a lunch break sitting down on the grass looking into the pond .

Great central location for meeting up with our colleagues based all over the country - easy to get to, loads of parking, on site cafe and rooms suitable for meetings and general office space. Will be coming back.

Fantastic place to book meeting rooms and office spaces, we find it really useful as a place where our remote teams can meet. Reception really friendly and helpful.

Totally nosense people working there. Always willing to rob the money out of your pokect by TRYING to charge you for parking etc etc. Rent has increased and services has decreased drastically. I have been their tenent for a year and it has been mentally tourching experince. The Recpectionist in the Luton basepoint was a Rude lady and always forget how behave with the tenents. I would request anybody looking to rent their office rather make a room in your house a office space or go else where but please AVOID THIS PLACE!!!. After I left the office, it's been 3 months I have been chasing up with these crooks and no response from them via emails and when I speak with the people I have been speaking before they give excuses that they transfered to other locations. Since they take deposite at the start of the contract, they will try to not return it or make such deductions that your diposite will vanish out. When I moved into their office, I received the office in a really dusty condition, the photos are provided and still charging me the restoration fee after I left the office I am sure they have charged the restoration fee from the previous tenant but never spent that money on restoration because I didn't receive a cleaned office and the next poor tenant have to spend from their own pocket to clean the office and they would have to pay for the restoration fee. This is part of their business, so please avoid this.

I never thought I would leave a positive review for this place. I am so pleased with the changes that have been made at this place over the past few months especially having to deal with the lady receptionist who used to be in charge was such a hassle and all the tenants had to go through a lot of struggles with her behaviour. In contrast to the first receptionist lady, we now have two great guys named Alfie and Michael who are very friendly, positive, active and always helpful. They make sure they do everything they can to ensure that any request is met on time. As long as these guys work here, I would recommend this place.
