If you move out and now hold on tight, the premises will be repainted. So far ok, but not if the mess was made by the cleaning lady, who completely scratched the wall with her vacuum cleaner hoses in the first three weeks after moving in. For a 12sqm area, just under €700 will be billed. You have to calculate that. When moving out, this means an investment of almost €1100. A very lucrative business by the way. 3. Anyone who moves into the lighting factory and wants to do so over the summer should also take into account that the side facing the tram cannot be used. There is no air circulation in the premises and therefore you MUST open the windows to survive. Of course, this also means having to endure unbearable noise.
