My company has been based in Northbridge House for over a year now. The office spaces are surprisingly modern in design, the facilities are excellent, the building is clean and well maintained, there is plenty of free parking space outside, and the service received from the in-house Management team has consistently been to the highest level possible. Kelly and Sam are both lovely people; they are always smiling and always happy to help, they have been outstanding and efficient in providing everything required. As a new business owner, I felt reassured by their presence, and the services offered are more than advertised. You know how KME feels, keep it up. Was only meant to be here 3 months as a stop gap but am still here over 12 months later. Good office space and facilities, best value in the Burnley area. The whole team are really helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent business centre - The fixed costs enabled us to budget effectively, great people and always flexible. We grew our business from a small office to taking on multiple larger offices here and at Burnley Central (Lodge House) and they could always accommodate us. Kelly the manager is fab and on a number of occasions made introductions to other tenants to become clients and suppliers.
