I arrived early for my appointment. The receptionist was perfect.She was polite and extremely efficient. The person at Optima was professional and deserves an accolade. I cannot mention names because it compromise data protection. Very professional. Five star.

49 Piccadilly is a great office space with all the facilities you need in the heart of the city centre. The team here are exceptional providing excellent customer service and support to all the team – including hosting events for everyone in the building. A great place to work!

I am so glad I found No.49 Piccadilly as a space for my massage business. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and friendly and will always go to great lengths to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. The space is perfect for what I need and whether you just need an office space or you want to convert it to something else to suit your business, the team here are really open to making it work for you. It is centrally located near Piccadilly Gardens and the Northern Quarter so it is in the perfect spot regardless of where you or your clients are coming from. The recent refurbishments are gorgeous as well and all my clients always comment on how beautiful the space is, especially the entrance.

Excellent office space which is always clean and well maintained. The staff Zoe, Debbie and Mags are brilliant and always happy to help with any matters. Would highly recommend if looking for a serviced office.
