At the top, really. I have had my new office there for over a month, after two previous locations, and I can only recommend it.

We moved to Spaces in August. Spaces promises you flexibility and claims to be the solution for startups. We signed a 3 month renewable contract. We ended it. We received an express agreement from the management of the center telling us that in return for an immediate departure, we had to settle 50% of the balance due. What we have done. A few days later, the management reconsidered its decision, claiming the full amount from us. Disappointed with the broken promise. not very flexible for start-up companies. Complicated communication with management.
