We were with Regus in Ann Str, Brisbane for 9.5 years. Definitely many more negatives than positives. Suddenly we were given a couple of days notice that they were closing the Brisbane Office. Now we're waiting for the refund of our initial retainer deposit, (which they didn't remind us of, we only remembered about it when reading the original agreement). They promised the refund 6 weeks ago, followed up a few times... many promises, but still no retainer refund !! Follow up: 16 Aug, Still no refund of the retainer.

I have reported several times the revision of my lease and no one ever answers . The reception girls who are very dear can not solve an update problem that has been going on for more than 8 months and there is no available Finance Manager to review and inform me the status of my account .

Very poorly run organisation, the app doesn’t work half the time and the staff make no flexibility and still charge you for a booking that can’t be amended. Shop around before you get locked into a contract with these guys. I have been completely disappointed with my experience.
