Chaos in reservations and check-in. We were moved 3 times during a 3-hour stay. Little to no staff availability during the entire stay due to frequent tobacco intake breaks.

Acceptable office conditions, but payment procedure is borderline entrapment. Regus staff explicitly stated payment is done automatically from your card so told me to leave happily without making additional payments at the end of my booking. 2 working days later I get a debt collector email giving me 72 hours until I get sued with an additional 125% surcharge. If I would have been on leave I would have to go to court just because of the wrong information their staff gave me.

If you want to use them, just know that they have only sales and no support or customer service (just google it and see). If something is wrong with your account, you will contact sales people and they will not be able to help you. Probably ok if you never have any support requests ever. Even as a paying customer, there is no support, only sales. Probably better to use a different service.

Very small, the coffee sucks, they charge you for internet (yes, in 2020 you need to pay 50 euro for internet). Offices are very small, smells like mold. Some of the offices they offered had now windows. Way to expensive for what it is

Nice business center downtown Bucharest, with all required equipments : high speed internet, large screen for video presentations, etc. Better to rent a meeting room, since the individual desks are in the open next to the entrance so not particularly quiet.
