My experience with BALAN'Z BV: bad customer service and very expensive bills for correcting mistakes you made yourself. (+2000€ annually for a sole proprietorship) You will be charged for every question you ask. If they make a mistake in your accounting, you pay them first for making the mistake and then again for correcting the mistake. If you dispute an invoice, you will receive the amount back the following month under the guise of other services. Your accounting and your status are not handled accurately. As a result, I had to pay all my VAT at the end of the year, incomprehensible because that is what all accounting is about. If you make such a mistake then you fix it, this company really lacks sense of duty.
