I just rented an office for my custom grillz business from Regus. The management makes sure you have everything you need. They are nice and polite. Nothing but Good vibes here.

We were customers here way back when it was Valley HQ, for several years even after they were sold off to Regus.
I can not stress enough why you should never, ever do business with these folks. Some reasons:
1: there is no consistency in leadership. Basically, it’s a revolving door of management locally, with nobody lasting more than a couple of months. Last I heard, managers are making $15 an hour, plus commissions on how much they up sell customers. This makes consistency and accountability impossible.
2: corporate billing is awful. We had a very simple monthly plan that was paid on an automatic debit. Despite this, we regularly would get hit up for astronomical “past due” balances (and their late fees), for things we had already paid. One time, this “debt” was over $1590. On several instances, our ability to use the floor was suspended and held hostage until we made a direct payment to the floor manager that day. We were told if we disputed the charges, all we could do is pay and apply for a refund later, even with us showing bank statements showing balances were paid timely and in full. We later found out corporate had been applying our payments to a different account (what?!), then trying to scam is for late fees. Because of the revolving door of management locally, this same scenario played out once or twice a year, each time eating up precious hours out of our work day. This could kill a small business.
3: everybody passes the buck. Local staff says to talk to the manager, manager tells you to talk to the regional manager, regional manager tells you to call corporate. Hours later, nothing is solved. PRO TIP: if you’re having trouble with Regus, their CEO’s email is on their website. Email him. He’s very responsive and helpful— and I unfortunately had to go to him several times during our tenure with these folks.
4: the floor is a mess. Paint is done poorly, so lines are jagged and bleed through. Carpet is stained. Reception staff is often in jeans and other clothing not appropriate for a business environment, having loud, inappropriate, unprofessional conversations in the shared space.
Well over a year after we closed our account here and moved to a much nicer office in town, we just received communication from a debt collection agency, Tucker Albin and Associates, claiming we owe a back debt to Regus of over $600. This is astonishing to me, since I literally have date stamped email communication from the local manager, the regional manager, a manager at corporate in Texas, AND LITERALLY THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OF THE CEO saying that our account was closed in good standing (ie: there were no outstanding debts).
I called Regus corporate billing to ask about this but was told by the agent in the billing department that she “can’t look up any accounts.” I asked for a manager she said none are available. I called the Bakersfield office and the receptionist put me on hold, then told me to call corporate, giving me the same number I called before. I explained this and asked to speak to a manager here in Bakersfield. She told me (surprise! Surprise!) that no managers are available and I just need to call corporate.
At this point, I am going to file complaints with the Attorney General, as well as any consumer protection agency I can get ahold of. The business practices of this company are reprehensible, beyond even their regular messiness. Do your research and know there are nicer, cheaper, more professional office options in town than this horrible place. No small business owner should ever have to deal with the horror show that is Regus billing and “management.”
Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else. You and your business deserve better treatment than Regus.

Also, you may notice the disparity in positive reviews here vs other popular review sites. Local Regus users will recognize that almost all of these positive reviews on Google were written by floor staff, often posted using their actual names. So, Regus has their literal employees writing bogus positive reviews.

The atmosphere was clean and sterile. It was comfortable and Design was pleasant to the eye. However the reception staff on the second floor did not seem to care to pay attention to any of the clients coming in and out.

Terrible company to use for your mail service. Zero communication. I had service for 6 months and they did not forward me one piece of mail. When I stopped payments they wouldn't stop harassing me. Calling me 3-4x a day asking for payment. It turned out I didn't fill out a form for them to send me my mail. No one mentioned anything and they continued to charge me. Had they told me i would have filled out form. Jorge a manager was suppose to call me back on this matter and never did. He was rude and unhelpful. They are forcing me to pay with out and services rendered. Now they are sending me to collection for $49. Save your self time and trouble with these guys.

All my clients comment how nice this office is. Very nice receptionists and managers, always ready to help with whatever you need. Love the interior and the Starbucks coffee machine is great!
