We are so fortunate to have met Cat, Anthony and their team at Regus, they are the definition of what great customer service really is. Not only did they help us to score our lovely office on the first viewing, they were very transparent of the entire process and were extremely thoughtful of our business needs. We just moved in and have held a few business meetings here and everyone was really impressed of our new office space. In addition, it's right next to the Westfield mall where your visitors can have 60min complimentary parking. It's really a dream come true for us to be on Avenue of the Stars - thank you again Regus team!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Most calls to Regus are answered by a call center that take a message and then do nothing. If you need help with anything, especially errors with your bill or contract, be prepared to be frustrated. Hours on hold. No resolution. Buyer beware. There are plenty of better co-working spaces.

Great location, environment and very professional staff. Manager Anthony Canada is incredibly professional, personable, and highly dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
