I just called them to check prices, they asked me to fill out an application before they can schedule an office visit. I provided my personal information as well as my social number. After the visit I found out they have a lot of hidden fees and I decided not to rent a virtual office from them. The reason why I put this account number because it does not represent anything except a tentative of a fraud from its issuer. Next thing I know they sent me an invoice and since the last 2 years they are using my personal information to keep committing fraud with my personal information. From a standpoint view of the law it’s defined under “ Contractual Fraud “ From the perspective of CALIFORNIA PRIVACY LAW it’s clear that the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is now in effect. If you are a resident of California, you now have the right to: - Ask a business what they know about you, your devices and your children. - Opt-out of the sale of your personal information. - Ask a business to delete your personal information. - Sue this business if it fails to implement reasonable security measures and your personal information is compromised in a data breach.
