I have never rented office space at Regus Folsom personally, but I have utilized the services of a CPA who rents space at this location in Folsom for well over ten years. Overall it is a nice building, the receptionists at the front desk are helpful and courteous. The common areas are nice and well maintained. Over the years I've had the opportunity to have meetings with my CPA in several different office spaces. There seems to be a variety of square footage spaces available, depending on square footage needs. I can't speak to the rental rate, or overall value, but having my CPA utilizing this location for so long does speak well for it.

I've just extended my lease for a year because of the current front desk . The staff's truly professional, helpful and Supportive . In addition the Kitchen is very clean in these days .. Thanks

Folsom has been a great option for us a our overflow office space needs. I would definitely recommend this location; the staff are always cooperative and happy to greet you.
