The offices are great and I loved the people working the front desk. When we moved out though we were promised our 2 month retainer ($4200) returned within 30 days from the end of our agreement. After 30 days we had not received it even though I had messaged to make sure it was going to be processed. I had to send two separate messages only to be told we would be getting it returned between 46 and 48 days from the end of our agreement and that they could not do anything about it even though it was their fault.

This Regus Office is located in a prime area of Glendale. There is a free 90 minute parking for your guests in the Glendale Public Parking structure on Wilson and Orange close by. The building was completely renovated in early March 2017 so everything is brand new. The dining options are limitless not to mention the 85 Degrees Bakery's Sea Salt Coffee specials on Mondays for 85 cents. The one thing that stands out for me is the exceptionally talented staff that manages the place. There is nothing Jackie Shahbazian won't do to accommodate your business needs. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She welcomes you with a big smile when you get to work. She is the perfect start to a positive and productive day. Jackie has a good eye for design and she helped me arrange my office desk to maximize space and she picked the right accessories to make my work area a lot more pleasing and comfortable. Jackie is the "jewel" in this place. Jackie makes all my clients feel welcome and it is definitely good business. Of course I need to mention Nayra Calloway. She is the Area Manager and she recognizes good talent when she sees it. She is supportive of Jackie and allows Jackie to do what is best for the tenants without her ego getting in the way. Great teamwork!

Awesome office space and building. Jackie at the front desk is amazing! She is my go to whenever I have questions or need help.
