Regus, CA, Sacramento - Promenade Circle

I am not usually a person that writes a review for businesses, because I am a business owner myself. Unfortunately, I tried Regus Sacramento, CA twice in less than a year and both times I paid and received no services. My mail was sent back or never received. The second time I paid over $400 and never received not one (1) courtesy apology, refund or revision. If this is how they do business, I want no part of it. I still believe in the old golden rule, "do unto others..." My core value is not to retaliate through reviews, but I have called them on multiple occasions and as of today after I canceled their service they still charged my card again today. A company like this will not prosper. Has anyone else had this type of issue with this company?

Regus Promenade offers the best office service. Isaac and Max are A+ with getting things done while keeping excellent professionalism and friendliness held at the highest. I earnestly have recommended to others.
