As we transitioned to a virtual business, we love working with Jediah and April at Regus to handle our in-person matters through our mail services with them. They are very friendly at every encounter and helpful to all members of our team. Not having a physical office was a big change for us but having the Regus' team and various temporary office space options are comforting to have when we do need an in-person work or meeting place - the recent storms and power outages proved exactly that point. They have superb communication via email, phone and face-to-face. We expect to continue this business relationship with them for the foreseeable future and highly recommend working with the Regus, Techmart Santa Clara team.

We have been using Regus as a virtual office since 2020. The staff and services at the Santa Clara office have been great. Front desk staff is always welcoming when I come in 2-3 times a month to pickup our mail. I wanted to especially thank Ms April for her exceptional service, she goes above and beyond to help when I come in and when responding to my emails. Also wanted to mention Jediah for contacting me to resolve a billing issue that has been unresolved for a long time regarding postage and franking. Would definitely recommend their services.

We recently started set our office here and I have to say, the front desk staff is incredible! They are always friendly, and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Working in a space where the staff is so dedicated and attentive is such a pleasure.
