I like the business it's just in a bad location. I had a coworker complain a thermostat wasn't working. The attendant was friendly. I like the furniture in the workspaces. Coffee and candy was nice. Unique idea. I don't get you people who like working in Denver. It's as dangerous, elitist and unfriendly as it gets. Homeless people like to stake spots near here to stalk and harass anyone outside and I'm pretty sure a lot of mentally ill people hang around in that area and other bums. There is not convenient or affordable parking anywhere in Denver.

Our company had a multi-day offsite here and it was a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to support. The facility was really nice, plenty of room, and we didn't hear any other groups around us. Rooms were comfy, kitchen area was really nice with amenties including coffee pots, a filter water bottle filler, fridges, toaster and snacks. Wifi was great and strong, bathroom facilities were nice. Had a wonderful time.

Best location of any coworking space in Downtown Denver - my whole team loves it. They have conference rooms, event space, high-end finishes, and free coffee. They’re also right above Dazzle (American/Contemporary food) which offers 20% off catering for members.

Awesome historic building! Not hard to find in my opinion but we still put up some way-finding signs for our out of towners. The place is surrounded by a bunch of really yummy places to eat and all of our guests were happy to have so many amenities surrounding the venue. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had the kitchen and restrooms attached. The training room comfortably held our training group of 26 but could easily hold up to around 40-50. The AV functioned off of Chromecast which made it really easy to connect and present. No wires required! Danielle was super easy to work with and very accommodating. She gave us a quick tour and showed us the additional spaces available to rent in the future. There are so many rooms of all sizes so we'll definitely be back!
