Beware and Stay away from Regus. I agree with Mr Rajneesh Bajaj. There is no one responsible and they might charge you for whatever they like. I went several times, to request changing our email address, but there is no system. And they work like an online mafia. They can renew your contract, even without asking you and keep on billing you. If you loose you email access; they may keep billing you for any long, any amount; even after you visit and request to close account. Most positive reviews are fake or from own staff. Worst ever experience !!!

Regus Sector Sec 17 Chandigarh; is absolutely non-professional. Mr Lovjinder & Mr Saurabh both were communicated to change email, by my friend who used to have REGUS account for some time. REGUS dis not updated the email address, and NEVER CALLED him EVEN WHEN THEY HAD HIS NO. Even after making all dues clear, and request to close ac (in person), they kept on billing for the account. Stay away from this place. I have advised my friend to report this case to cyber crime & ecnomic offence wing. In place of apologizing for the mistake; they started sending DEBT collection spam on my email. I will also report this to my embassy. My friend also tried to call current manager Mr Nikunj, to report this, but he did not take the call.

Disappointing experience : It has been a absolutely ridiculous experience dealing with Regus Chandigarh. The office staff Lovejinder Singh, the site office coordinator and one of the office boys are arrogant and highly unprofessional. They betrayed the terms of the contract and levied a charge of INR 31k for using the office for just 2 days. After a rigorous follow-up and to have peace of mind, i ended up paying these fraudsters the full and final amount for which i have received the NDC from their debt recovery agency as well. Despite that, i have started receiving emails from the internal AR team that the same amount is due and they are threatening me of legal consequences if i do not pay now. I am so disappointed that they are asking me to now pay the amount twice. Either their internal systems are a piece of garbage which are not internally aligned or it is that the team is a dishonest enough. Huge mistake that i committed by visiting their office even for 2 days. If you need any details, please contact me but please refrain from getting into a trap where they will always charge 2 months advance rent and keep raising fake pantry and phone bills. Save yourself from the harassment
