Well managed serviced offices Nice inside although the ground floor is much more modern than the 1st floor but the 1st floor is out of the flood zone!!! Downside is the exterior of the building which has looked grubby for some time up they are currently sorting that so that's good

I was a tenant of Citibase for 8 years and say with confidence the offices are in a very bad state of repair and the site is generally underfunded. Parking is a nightmare with poor intermittent services. Totally overpriced and they failed to return my deposit when I left, claiming they needed to spend £500 for refurbishing an office 12 feet square, without providing a single invoice. Buyer-be-very-aware.
