I had a terrible experience with this company. I was offered a contract on an office and then was informed it had actually been given to someone else. I was then promised a replacement. My phone calls were ignored when asking for confirmation and that office was then given to someone else too. I was then offered an office that I had made clear wasn’t suitable for my needs. This happened over the space of a week and they just kept me hanging on. Watch out for the hidden costs as well, they even charge you for storing their own furniture if you don’t want it in the room. Awful customer service and no communication between the staff in the office showing you the space and the sales team. Staff on the ground are unable to answer any questions about costs and gave contradictory information to the sales team when they did. I am now officeless because of the terrible customer service that left waiting around and missing out on other properties. What’s worse is that they weren’t in the least bit apologetic about how awfully they had treated me. They even refused to keep my details to let me know if anything else became available. Avoid this company.
