Ok building really could do with a lot of modernisation. Looks ok at the reception but as you go around the building you start to see how badly maintained it. Broken toilet seats tiles missing from the false ceiling. Outdated grubby kitchen area.

Great place to work, huge parking lots, nice facilities staff, secured venue, clean and well maintained. If traffic is stuck when leaving, turn left and U-turn at the roundabout instead of waiting to merge to right.

Moved into my office almost 6 months ago now, couldn't be happier with the service I have received and the facilities available. The center assistant Stacey made the move in process very easy and is always there to offer her assistance if required. A very friendly and professional team.

A great location with great amenities! It's a desirable serviced office space offering flexibility with its 24-hour access. They cater for companies of all sizes, from a 1 person workstation to a large corporate entity. The premises also has a large car park surrounding the property with multiple spaces as well as close-by access to both the M8/ M74, if you'll be out and about. The Citibase staff Calum and Stacey are very accommodating, professional and courteous. Calum even offers to make the tea or coffee on a day-to-day basis! Overall a great place to work, highly recommended!

Great office space in this Citibase Building in Bellshill. We have been here for almost a year and from day one we settled in. Rooms are bright and spacious and the facilities are good. It's in a nice landscaped park location which is easy to drive to and there's plenty parking with a few deli's nearby within a 5 minute walk. The professional and supportive service that we get from Callum and Stacey on the Citibase Front Desk is excellent. Any slight problems or tiny issues that we have had, they are on it immediately and they work with us until everything is resolved. They are a great team, very friendly and they go that extra mile to make sure everything is running ok for us and our business. Top marks for Citibase and especially for our front desk support staff Callum and Stacey.
