My experience with Regus office in Aurora was very bad! I failed twice to pass my GMAT exam because of your internet connection one time and the other time, the building badge was not working and it took more than 2 hours to get it to work. So I was locked out of the building. The team, especially Monica, was rude and unprofessional in her communication with me. I have experienced times where I would be in very important meetings and the neighbor offices are SO loud listening to music or talking on their phones super loud with loud speakers. I communicated my concerns many times but the issue was not resolved. I was on an off going to the office due to the internet issues that never work. In August of 2022, I stopped going to that office completely. My rent started in June 2022. I was not able to sublease or terminate the contract, so I was stuck for a whole year. Not to forget that their website doesn't function properly. I have experienced multiple times an issue where I paid multiple times and it never shows up. Also, the billing system doesn't make sense at all. You pay 45 days in advance. For example the deadline to pay for March rent is January 15. They charge you restoration fee no matter if you leave the office clean or the same as you rented it. They have the right to charge you additional fees if they want. Their contract is very sneaky. In addition to all that, they have access to your office, and if you don't go more often, they change it's setup the way they want and have showings in it. I will never recommend using Regus to any one I know.
