Horrible management overall. The local manager in Boulder behaved as if she didn't have to do anything unless someone complained and then she would react defensively. They never cleaned the offices prior to occupation of the space, did not supply desks and chairs in working order. There was regularly drug paraphernalia on the outside stairs of the offices, broken coffee machines, broken water dispensers. It was generally a mess. To add insult to injury they still have yet to return my deposit 4 months after requesting it back after cancelling my lease. I've used every avenue to get it returned and they just keep saying it is in process. Avoid this business at all costs.

Rachel and Leaf make this office what it is. Which is amazing!!!! You could not ask for better humans to share your time with everyday. They go above and beyond for all of their clients. I can not say enough wonderful things about them. They are the absolute best. Thank you for all you do!!!!! People talk about hidden fees, and lack of corporate response in other reviews. This is all true, but that is not at the fault of the individuals that work at this office. That is corporates

Tons of illogical fees get added that'll leave you still paying long after your agreement has ended. However, the receptionist is very kind and helpful.

They have all sorts of hidden fees that they'll tack on to your bill, and send you invoices after they're due so that you're stuck paying late fees. They staff the reception for very limited hours, so if you need to get a hold of someone, you're probably out of luck. It's a very poor value and level of service for what they charge.

We use this place to rent office space for a few hours when needed. It's easy to reserve online and the service in the facility is good. They have been welcoming and accommodating. I've used multiple Regus centers and have had good luck. Not cheap, but handy. I also really like this location because it is easy to get to and plenty of parking!
