This business continued to charge us for months after we discontinued their mail service. The only way to communicate with them is via their website. No humans will answer questions to straighten out billing. I would never recommend them or use them again. And so your reply to my complaint about your lack of human interface is to refer me to your website yet again. That reinforces my complaint. Your organizations goal is not to provide a quality service, but instead figure out the most efficient and automated way to extort funds from your customers.

This was the absolute worst renting experience I’ve had in my entire life of renting, which is saying a lot. They tell you one thing on the front, then when you move out, they take advantage of you. I chose Regus because the are well known, but the truth is they are like a big machine, chewing up and spitting out small business owners. I’m their latest victim! DO NOT RENT THERE!!!

I will start by saying my decision to get a office at Regus was heavily restricted early on by some of the reviews posted. 2 months here now and I can positively say i made the BEST choice. The staff is awesome, attentive, helpful, polite, and NICE. The office is nice, spotless, quiet and all my needs are met here. Billing has been what it is supposed to be, no "fraudulent charges" as mentioned in the Reviews. The prices are reasonable and parking is free for myself and my clients. BEST CHOICE i have made, and I will be a tenant here for a long while. A++++++

I love it!! Regus is just such a convenience for the closings I do!! Michael at the front desk is always so helpful and sweet. I look fwd to working here when I get the chance to. Highly recommend.

This Regus location is clean, up to date and beautiful. Great accommodations and clients are always very impressed with our office space and meeting rooms. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and give a great 1st impression to clients.
