I received a notice that our payment was declined. I rectified that immediately (my card had been canceled). I updated the card information with my new card and then selected that all outstanding invoices be paid with the new card as well as be used for future invoices. Two weeks later I received a past due email. I tried logging into our account 5 times to check to see if maybe I hadn't saved something correctly and it wouldn't log in so I emailed the ONLY point of contact that I had (the "helpdesk") and received no response back. A week later I got a "suspension warning" email because it still hadn't been paid. I again tried to log in, with no luck until the 10th time. I called the only number I could find online only to be on hold for 20+ minutes every single time ( I tried multiple times). I finally was able to get logged in and paid the invoice but still wanted to discuss with someone because there were late fees on the new invoice and I wanted to be sure that the card was going to be used in the future. I called, emailed, chatted in and still have yet to receive ANY correspondence back (oh wait - I did get over 5 SALES calls which when I inquired about speaking to someone they just transferred me to the same line that I was on hold with before). There is ZERO customer service for existing accounts. All they want to do is get new sales. Today I received a Final Notice saying that our services had been suspended EVEN AFTER PAYING THE INVOICE YESTERDAY....and here I am again on hold for already 15 mins. UPDATE - finally got a hold of someone who says they've taken care of it (which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1), with no apology or anything. The representative was nice at least. We'll see if it's actually taken care of once the new billing cycle goes through. Still ridiculous what lengths that I had to go to in order to get this resolved.
