I used to book meeting and day spaces pre covid and it was okay, but I recently started coming back and the environment just feels so much better! It is inviting and just the vibes are more positive and I think it is all thanks to Jessica Larsen who runs the center now. She is always positive and great energy from the time I walk in to the time I leave. You can feel it with everyone I interact with as well. They all speak highly of her and love the way things are run now. Even when I don't have clients to meet I like to pop in to get some work done. As long as Jessica is greeting me when I walk in, I will keep coming in!

I traveled to Colorado for a client meeting and needed to rent space for a few hours. I was so pleased with the process of renting space in another state. I received a welcome email prior to my reservation which was extremely helpful so I knew where to park and what equipment was in the room. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and given a mini tour of the building so I knew where everything was. The staff was so incredibly helpful and professional. I strongly recommend Spaces Linden Street to anyone that needs space in Fort Collins.

I don't rent from this location but have other spaces locations in other parts of the country. The inside of this place is amazing and immaculate. I love the little personal touches like the bicycle inside for charm. Love the exposed beams and wood. Staff has been very friendly the few times I had to visit.

The office space is amazing at this location. Jessica & Keely are over the top helpful. It is also nice to have so many coffee and restaurant options within walking distance, and the large parking garage next door.

Spaces works has been a great space for my company to office out of and I am confident that they are here to stay. Morgan and Michelle are always so helpful and do a great job running things! I can’t wait to see the thriving community of entrepreneurs that will continue to grow here!
