We were at the Coalition Space in Boston for one year. Lots of problems with unresponsive management. I represent a small non-profit who Coalition Space cheated out of a $2,000 security deposit. Here's the response we got from the "manager' there: "While you are welcome to file suit, there are essentially no assets in the business, so it would likely be a waste of time to pursue a defunct entity with no assets. You would likely be able to get a judgment since the entity would not put up a defense (no money for any more lawyers), and the enforcement of that judgment would be unfruitful because there are no assets to seize." The main Coalition Space office has been unresponsive.
