This experience is very different to my last. This room on the 9th floor is very old, small, and had a faint smell. Though not exactly unpleasant it was clearly noticeable. I've stayed here before and was on the fifth floor. The rooms on that floor were very new and mattress very comfortable. They said the billiard on the fourth floor might be noisy but it was fine. Information on web said newly remodeled a few years ago. The upper floors are obviously much older with the lower levels new additions.

Really gone down. They use covid as an excuse to cut costs by closing breakfast and laundry room. Obviously they had to get rid of the breakfast stuff who are unemployed now. Alot of rooms have a horrible smell and dirty carpets. Dear Greedy boss, stop using covid to make more profits. Clean up the filthy hotel.
