Lionel and his wife run this large and well designed co-working space on a hill overlooking Villeneuve-Loubet. The location is convenient, due to being right off the highway and at the same time in offering great views of the ocean from the open space or the outside chill area. The space has all the essential amenities (coffee, water filter, snacks, fast wifi and plenty of plugs). Besides the open space, there are meeting rooms and some permanent offices. What really makes this place stand out from other coworking spaces I've been to, is the community spirit. Everybody seems to know everybody, and there is conversation everywhere you look (coffee kitchen, chill areas, kicker table). The open space was quiet and had a great atmosphere for focused work. If I would live closer, I would strongly consider joining this fun and interesting community!

Open Space with Sea View! The private offices are very well appointed And above all there is a large parking lot! understood !! Good atmosphere. Magnificent terrace for lunch with relaxation area
