Easy to find and in a very nice area. Reception busy but friendly and polite. Room nice but dated. Could have done with a more careful clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was nice but chaotic as had to find own table etc. Had to ask for previous persons dishes to be removed from table. Then ask for cutlery etc.

Great hotel and staff, very welcoming and happy to assist. Room- we booked the hotel for 8 nights. Each time we left the room to be cleaned we received fresh towels. Rooms are very quite, with very little sound coming from the street and the room beside us. Water at the shower was always warm. Staff- Philip welcomed us at the front reception, was very nice and warm. Jasmine at breakfast was very helpful with getting everything right at the first day. Thank you, would recommend!!😁

Location is excellent, very close to the tube and close to all happy things to do in Central London. The rooms were pretty good, very clean. However, they were still working on things in the room when we arrived and kept coming in and out. Service was pretty good and pretty quick, however going to the restaurant in the hotel we asked for a table, were seated, and never got even a menu. The food sounded good, but we never got to try it.

The reviews was not so good for this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised with it. For the price you pay its a great option. Room is big considering the location , king size bed is comfortable. Nice view and overall environment is clean. Other options in a similar price range offer much smaller rooms in the area. Front desk is helpful and polite. Check in/check out flawless Great option for London visitors

Quite literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately it won’t let me do a 0 star review, but that’s what it deserves. My friend and I arrived as part of a tour group and we were put off from the start. The hotel itself is dingy and disgusting. The rooms were small and barely big enough for 2 twin beds. There were bloodstains on our wall and curtains. A member of our tour group found bloodstains on her sheets and had to request new sheets multiple times from the apathetic front desk staff. She ended up contracting bed bugs. By some miracle, my friend and I did not. The breakfast was weak and the room was packed and tables were hard to find. The apple juice tasted like straight vinegar. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY ***EDIT 7/12 I know the manager commented on this review trying to save themselves but I want to be clear that this is a diagnosed medical event that happened while at this hotel. This happened while the girl took a short nap upon arrival and only got worse from there despite her best efforts. If they did not find bed bugs, they are simply not looking because she found bloodstains on her sheets very easily.
