Leigh Road site - Nice space for getting your head down and ploughing through some work - particularly if your office or home set ups are too distracting. The staff are friendly and helpful and the tea, coffee and biscuits are very welcome. Facilities are all clean and well maintained. Covid-wise, I feel perfectly safe. Upstairs desks have shields in front of them (no mouth-breathers behind you!) and there is plenty of hand sanitiser and washing facilities all about. Staff clean all the desks after use too, so you don't need to worry about catching something nasty. If you do, it is unlikely to be from working at space282. If you can get vaccinated, you have much less to worry about anyway.

Have been using the space282 offices in Southend to get out of the house when working from home. The spaces are great and the team is really friendly. Both the offices on Leigh Rd and Nelson St have been fantastic. Only thing to add is to dress warmly as the winter chill nips in, but overall a cool team (and the coffee machines are a great bonus).
