One of the worst management service. I stayed for 1.5 year where the ACM is the management for that Condo. Very arrogent, no proper communication about thier works (they will think only their side and not consider the owner/tenant difficulties), no proper details or response for queries even for emergency, always need to fight with them with multiple attempt to get even single response, not cleaning snow on time (they cleaned the snow after 48 hours most of the time in 2021) even in the walking Very pathetic service.

Caveat: I went to this place for a training session so I can't really speak to the amenities for folks who actually work there. But I can tell you that (1) the kitchen area is really swank and had a beer tap, (2) the bathrooms are single user / unisex which I love cause you don't have to do your business with strangers listening, (3) it wasn't over- crowded but there were plenty of hipsters focused on their laptops who somehow still managed to cast an air of superiority coupled with casual sneering - so you know it's super cool to work there when trailer trash like me aren't traipsing through.

It seems like a good place for a meeting… but I’ve found that often customers and contractors don't take you as seriously if you working from here. The staff is friendly and the amenities are good. But you pay a lot for what you get in comparison to other offices. To me it seems like its just a place for millennials that don't know what else is in the market and what a real office can provide its tenants...
