WOW - WHERE DO I EVEN START?! I was gifted a luxurious experience of afternoon tea and a spa day for my 25th Birthday and this truly was an experience of a lifetime yesterday. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday and even provided complimentary alcoholic beverages (which was the icing on the cake - no pun intended - for me). Waitresses were super polite, the scones were AMAZINGLY soft, and the interior was honestly just grand. I had even contemplated booking a room there and then! I will definitely be back here again. Following this, the spa. Slightly on the smaller side but nonetheless a beautiful and relaxing time. Again, the staff were great and super helpful when needing to access my locker again. Lockers are big enough for even a small suitcase and also included a swimsuit dryer at hand. Showers/Bathroom/Changing room were all very clean and well-kept. The heated/warm jacuzzi was great, the sauna was peaceful, and the steam room was my favourite. The pool was also clean, nice and refreshing - great for a quick swimming session! Patio chairs were also available and it was lovely to just lay down and unwind. I was just smiling nonstop throughout the day! Had a spa day with afternoon tea, a treat for mothers day from my lovely daughter. Spa facilities very good, lovely pool, although quite small, nice steam room and sauna. Only negative was only one hairdryer with a room full of women wanting to use it, especially with afternoon tea booked after. Afternoon tea was delicious and very good service. Excellent value for money and would definitely go again, - please get more hairdryers though!!

As you'd expect from 4* hotel chain. Clean and courteous. Shower wasn't that great but otherwise room was very comfortable. Has Aircon but it wasn't particularly powerful. Pool is lovely as is having sauna and steam room. Just be aware you currently have to book a slot but there was no issue getting the time we wanted. Breakfast was very good, excellent selection and all good quality, nice selection of cold meats and cheeses. Perfect location if you're working in the Wellington place area and easy to walk to all the major city centre locations. Bar was fine but not as reasonable as other local hotels.

Fron check in to when we checked out Melanie on reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and great for our girls weekend away. Pool and spar was lovely and worth a visit. Breakfast was well presented and good quality with plenty of choice. Drinks in the bar were well priced and atmosphere on an evening was quiet and relaxed. Would recommend a visit and stay and this hotel

I liked the fact that you are not waited on hand & foot. It's a very nice clean Hotel and Room. To be honest it had a very comfortable bed, A very nice Bathroom & we could just do as we please which is all you need in a hotel room in my opinion. I'm not there for the decor. I'm there to enjoy myself 😉 Just wanted a room so we could just have some alone. And that's exactly what we got. Thank you very happy.
