I went to meet up with a good friend for lunch. On arrival I was unable to find a disabled or any parking slot. When I went to the desk, I was greeted by a lovely lady who could not have been more helpful, so a big thank you to her. The lunch was outstanding, we both chose salmon and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly, no rush and allowed us time to catch up. A very relaxing atmosphere and I will definitely be returning. Very easy to get to, 5 minutes off the M42. I would definitely recommend and with the touch wood centre right opposite it's a win, win.

Not a single fault with this place. Staff, service and venue is unbelievable. We had just one night stay but it was just what we needed. We found a great Jamaican restaurant across the road in the shopping centre which made for a great dinner. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special, great selection of pastries, cereals and cooked English breakfast. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location, right near the town centre and with the motorway easily accessible. We had a large room with an adjoining room for the kids. Nicola from room service was particularly attentive, dealing with all our room requests promptly and attentively. Staff were fantastic and helpful generally. The breakfast was 10/10. Lifts definitely need to be upgraded - some buttons seem to be falling apart, and the lift broke down on my way down for breakfast, but they redeemed themselves with a cracking breakfast choice. Birmingham, cadburys world, and the west midlands safari park are not too far either. Would recommend staying here again.
