What I liked; Their call center had one of the best customer service experience. Their Masaki office is located in a quiet scenic place. I went with a motorbike and there was a special parking slot available for a motorcycle. The customer service from the gate to the reception was spot on. The offices looked classy and the environment is perfect for professionals and organizations looking for the best of the best. The receptionist was the best, they took me on a tour around the offices with a smile on her face a readiness to help. What I didn't like; I didn't feel the co working culture. The design was very focused on fixed office work and even shared spaces felt like common office setups. I was told that i will receive a followup email but even after 10+ hours still haven't received any information. Some unnecessary costs are put on things like kitchen area and other services. Internet speed was just okay-ish, however they said that they will be increasing their internet package soon. The shared kitchen and printer are only at the bottom floor so people in 1st floor need to climb down to access these services! They don't have a monthly payment plan from start. You would have to pay 3 months to access an office. Would I recommend it? Only to high end and classy individuals looking for highest professional standard in a working space. With no noise, and hyper focus. Also one who is budget ready to spend a few thousand dollars.
