Only ONE (1) internet provider resulting to two major downsides: 1. very poor internet speeds 2. frequent downtime or no internet If your business is 100% reliant to the internet then this may not be the good place to launch your business. Recommendation to HQ: Get two or more ISPs to boost speeds and increase reliability. Without solid internet connectivity the entire co-working experience crumbles.

I went to HQ last week to check the area. I like the ambiance of the place and the staff are accommodating. They were able to answer my queries and for taking the time to tour me around despite the short notice.
