Regus Wilmington has been an outstanding place to start my company. I've been a Regus customer for over 9 years. The staff, especially the Community Manager Kristen, have done everything in their power to make starting a company/office possible. I couldn't be more grateful. They are always pleasant and respond to my concerns, which are rare. Not sure about negative comments for this company. But your not buying a staff with the office for secretarial work. You're receiving on on-site property mgt team that will do everything they can to make the experience productive/efficient from a management position. If your looking for Enterprise Quality space on a first-time entrepreneur budget, you've found it at Regus Wilmington. Good Luck Co-SMB's ; )

Don´t book anything here. We canceled the contract with the month ago and they still send us high invoices. Don´t go with them really bad experience

I’m very disappointed with these people specially the the sales representative Mike Rich. He has been misinforming from the very beginning. He rent us the office space saying everything is included except coffee machine in spite of asking him repeatedly about any hidden costs.. I had to end up paying $295 on top of my rent for using the printer. Last month they handed me 2 parking pass which they said free and now I’ve been charged $1200 for parking which we hardly use in a week. And they never reply to your concerns and completely ignore any of our questions and concerns regarding billing. Very very bad experience!! Stay away from Regus
