Great serviced offices in Dublin. Central location, close to banks and post office, a few minutes walk from Luas line and bus stops. On street parking available. Surrounded by great places to eat and drink at lunchtime as well as having a park across the road for (occasional) sunny days.

Great location with lots of great lunch eateries. Huge variety of restaurants to choose from and plenty of pubs for evening drinks. Well serviced by many Dublin bus lines and a short walk away from Grafton street.

I have been renting an office in the Building for almost 4 years and I have no complaints whatsoever! Location is great, building is great, staff is great, service is great. If you need a serviced office, look no further :)
