Service was fantastic, everyone was helpful and just generally nice & friendly which is hard to come by these days! Room was spotless, fresh and ready when I arrived. Ease of check-in with their new system! All in all, would definitely stay again! Good job guys. :)

Located a few minutes from Bristol Temple Meads. Limited onsite parking, accessible entrance with lifts. FREE warm gooey cookie on check-in. Room was clean with typical features of any hotel. Dinner and breakfast were sublime, prepared perfectly. There are very few local amenities with walking distance. Overall, pleasant stay with good tasting food.

Great location, safe parking. Fabulous staff, nice food & very comfy bed. The room was mostly good, even if the bathroom was a tad tatty. Would stay again though.

Recently stayed here for three nights with a large group for a charity event that we were putting on in Bristol. The hotel was clean and comfortable and every member of staff was welcoming, polite and helpful. Leo the bar/restaurant manger was particularly welcoming and was a big hit with one of our younger guests Toby who says Leo is his best friend. A big thank you also to Annabelle who looked after our food orders and the other bar staff who were not fazed by our large group

Very friendly and great location. Stayed there as part of a choir tour to Bristol. Food was great no complaints, only a minor one when the coffee machine broke down on the last morning. Rooms where comfortable, bar was well stocked and they were a happy bunch.
