For the price I paid I am very disappointed in the quality and service. The attention to detail is lacking. It was a nice room but came with a broken TV. The bar and restaurant are ridiculously overpriced and the food is really subpar. To the chefs working there, I hope you can do better, not only was the food bland but also not according to the menu. I am only giving 2 stars because of the somewhat decent pool and the generous welcome cookies. Also to the reception staff, you should ask people how their stay was, because you didn’t ask me and I was hoping you would. Do better.

Excellent hotel! Great service and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool — warm and perfect for relaxing. Everything was top-notch!

Tasty breakfasts, spacious rooms, gym, sauna and pool. Bit outside of the city center (ca 5km) in quiet area. Highly recommended.

very modern hotel, with all anyone can need in a hotel, including very large conference halls, fast elevators well equipped rooms, although no earbuds,.you get a free cookie (not kosher)

Top shelf 5 star stay, as usual. Simply cannot beat the service, luxury, and location. Facilities are modern and exceptional, the staff is the height of professionalism. For Christmas, they had a Santa visit, daily setups for free sweets and coffee etc, daily Christmas movies set up like a theater, and an elaborate Christmas buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.
