This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Great hotel. Arrived and immediately got upgraded to a great room with a balcony. Could park on site. Views of river and London are fantastic along with a great restaurant and bar. The breakfast was out of this world. A lovely touch being able to use the complimentary ferry service to cross the Thames.

I booked this by mistake as I was looking for a hotel close to Canary Wharf, but I was glad I did. I got a better experience than I would have on the other side of the river at a more affordable price. I had my dinner in the hotel and it was good, with a spectacular view across the Thames of the tall buildings lit up by the setting sun. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was good too. Getting to the room was a little strange, with an 80's vibe to the architecture.

Really good hotel and well located for Canary Wharf without paying Canary Wharf prices. Room was great, very modern, clean, and tidy. Comfortable bed, and if your lucky a balcony with views along the Thames. The carpets were a little tired looking with a few stains, but nothing to warrant taking a star off. Food in the restaurant was excellent, both on an evening and at breakfast. The staff really friendly and helpful. Complementary ferry service to Canary Wharf was a pleasant surprise.
